We thought you'd like to have a couple of quick links to some good pages on the cell phone driving laws and bans, aka the hands-free laws that states are enacting.
Here's the US Governor's Highway Safety Association page. It lists every US state in a table for easy browsing.
Cellular-News.com has a great summary list of countries that ban cell phone use while driving. And it breaks it down by US State bans as well(scroll down a bit).
Finally, here's the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's official policy on cell phone usage while driving, and a good FAQ.
