If you are not satisfied with your Bluetoothit purchase, return it with the original receipt and original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Bluetoothit will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. Bluetoothit will assess a 10% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory. Please note the following: 

   * Product that is custom configured to your specifications, including personalized products

   * Opened memory, including storage devices such as memory sticks (but excluding disc drives)

   * Opened software (Note that you may return software after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software is not installed on a computer. However, if your software includes a license that you can read before you break the seal or sticker on the software media packaging, you may not return the software once you break the software media packaging seal or sticker.)

   * Non-Bluetoothit products are sold by Bluetoothit “as is.” Consult the manufacturer for warranty terms and conditions.

   * Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

 
Purchase Orders
Purchases made using a purchase order are subject to “Net 30” terms, except as follows:

    * Educational purchases in Florida, Massachusetts, and Mississippi are subject to “Net 45” terms.

    * Educational purchases in New Jersey, Ohio, and Connecticut are subject to “Net 60” terms.

 
Pricing
Should Bluetoothit reduce its price on any Bluetoothit-branded product within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase, you may request a refund of the difference between the price paid and the current selling price. An original purchase receipt is required, and you must request your refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the price reduction.

 
Export Notice
Bluetoothit products are subject to United States and foreign export control laws and regulations and must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, or used in compliance with such export laws and regulations.

The Bluetoothit Store sells and ships products to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. Bluetoothit reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if Bluetoothit suspects you are purchasing for resale.
 

Holiday Gift Returns
Gift items purchased at an Bluetoothit Store between October 31, 2007 and December 24, 2007, can be returned with an original Gift Receipt through January 8, 2008. If the item is returned in the original box, unopened, with the original packaging, we will exchange it. All other standard purchase policies apply.
